Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Moco Museum B.V. and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to ticket purchases, museum visits, memberships, and events.

• Museum: Moco Museum, including its locations in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and London.
• Visitor: Any person who enters the Museum with a valid admission ticket.
• Ticket: A valid admission ticket purchased through our official channels.

3. Admission Tickets

• All tickets are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• A valid ticket is required for entry to Moco Museum. Tickets must be presented digitally or in print upon arrival.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot selected during purchase.
• Moco Museum reserves the right to refuse entry if a valid ticket cannot be presented.
• Children under 4 enter free of charge but must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
• Tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Date changes are subject to availability and can be made via the "Manage My Booking" page.

4. Opening Hours

Opening hours may vary per location and may be subject to change on public holidays or for special events. Please check the relevant location page for the most up-to-date information. Moco Museum reserves the right to close (parts of) the museum temporarily without prior notice.

5. Visits

• Photography is permitted for personal use only. Flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed.
• Do not touch the artworks or installations unless explicitly indicated.
• Food and beverages are not permitted in the exhibition areas.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the museum.
• Large bags, backpacks, and luggage must be stored in the lockers provided.
• Pets are not admitted, with the exception of guide dogs.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• CCTV is in operation throughout the museum.
• Moco Museum reserves the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave in case of inappropriate behaviour.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the location of the museum visited: Dutch law for Amsterdam, Spanish law for Barcelona, and British law for London. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the respective location.
