Where can I find my booking reference?

Your booking reference number was sent to your email when you completed your purchase. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Moco Museum. The reference typically starts with "MOCO-" followed by numbers.

Can I change the date of my visit?

Yes, you can modify your visit date up to 24 hours before your scheduled time slot, subject to availability. Use the booking lookup above or contact our team.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your visit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
